Corrugated Radiators Fins

GANELEC's manufactures corrugated fins for the transformer industry. Our  manufacturing division is ISO 9001:2015 certified. 

Our corrugated fin-forming machine is designed specifically for manufacturing corrugated fin walls used in distribution transformers.

The machine comprises several key components including a decoiler, guiding device, feeder, front pack, rear pack, shearing unit, and product conveyor.

The fin pitch feed is managed via a servo motor drive, ensuring precise control, while the fin height is adjusted accurately using a grating scale.

Once formed, the corrugated panels are assembled into transformer tanks by welding them to upper and lower frames. To ensure surface cleanliness and optimal bonding, the panels undergo shot-blasting, effectively removing loose particles, contaminants, and preparing the surface for the next stage of production.

This automated process guarantees high quality, consistency, and efficiency in production.
